OUR CONDO

FOYER The secured tiled entry foyer provides a view of the main living and dining areas, as well as the kitchen. It is the perfect area to gather before heading out to the pool or parks, complete with bench for little ones to patiently wait. It is also the access point for the laundry closet which features a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Just outside the foyer door is another bench that doubles as a trash container for complimentary daily trash pick-up.

KITCHEN The spacious fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to eat at home. The upgraded cabinets are stocked with all the necessities from dishes, flatware, pots and pans, to storage containers, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Other appliances include full sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. It also features a tiled floor for easy clean up.

BATH 1 The luxurious master bath has a private entrance from the master suite and features an oversized glass enclosed shower and medicine cabinet to unpack your toiletries. A hairdryer and all premium towels are provided.

BATH 2 The oversized second bathroom has dual entry making it easily accessible from Suite 2 or the hallway. It has an extra large vanity and dressing counter and a shower tub combo. A hairdryer and all premium towels are provided.

SUITE 1 The warm and inviting master bedroom suite has a premium king size bed covered with luxurious linens. You can unpack your belongings and place them in the large walk-in closet or use the ample drawer space. The master suite also features a 20” cable TV with remote and an alarm clock radio. Adjacent to the master suite is the private master bath.

SUITE 2 Situated away from the main gathering areas, this private mini suite features two full sized beds complete with linens and extra pillows. It also has private access to the main bathroom and an enormous walk-in closet which holds a portable pack-n-play crib and stroller for your use. The suite features a 20” cable TV with remote and Playstation 2 gaming console, which doubles as a DVD player.

BEDROOM 3 The third bedroom features a premium queen sized bed complete with luxurious linens. There is ample drawer space to unpack your belongings and an alarm clock radio to make sure you wake up in time to catch an early morning in the theme parks!

LIVING ROOM The living room is the focal point for relaxation. It features an upgraded comfortable sofa and loveseat perfect for those moments of down-time. Enjoy watching one of the many programs cable TV has to offer on the 32” TV with remote or pop a movie into the DVD/VCR player. If you want some fresh air, or just wondering what the weather is like outside, the screen enclosed lanai is just steps away from the sofa.

DINING ROOM After preparing your meal in the fully equipped kitchen or simply picking up take-out food at one of the many area restaurants, you can enjoy eating in the family dining area. The oversized dining table has seating for eight where you can enjoy planning the day’s activities to come, or comparing your favorite moments of days past. There is also a high chair for our littlest guests to dine in comfort.

LANAI The screen enclosed lanai offers peaceful relaxation. Sit in one of the reclined chairs and enjoy the view from the top floor of the condo building.
