RATES AND AVAILABILITY

Our rates vary by season(much like the Disney resorts), and are quoted in US Dollars. All rates are subject to availability. You may always email or fill out the "contact us" page to obtain a quote or make a reservation.

• Please request quote for specific dates
• Cleaning Fee of $65 added to stays of less than 7 nights.
• Mid Stay clean available for $65 any time during your stay..
• Deposit of 20% required at time of booking.
• Full payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• Cancellation: more than 8 weeks prior: 100% refund, less $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation: 4 to 8 weeks prior: 50% of total rental amount forfeited,
• Cancellation: Less than 4 weeks prior: Full rental amount forfeited.
• A security deposit of $500 is required prior to occupancy, promptly refunded if property undamaged
• All reservations are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

If our availability calendar shows your desired dates as unavailable, we may be able to refer you to a comparable unit through our network of Windsor Hills Resort owners.
